Line Reduction

Many facial depressions can be elevated to make the skin surface smoother. Lines, wrinkles, folds and some scars can be improved. Horizontal forehead lines, frown lines between the brows, crows’ feet, smile lines (nasolabial lines) cheek lines and lines around the lips can all be improved.

The longevity of treatment results varies with the individual patient’s skin, the area treated and how much stress this area is subject to (usually due to facial movement)

When will I see results?

Results are immediate with some temporary redness or minor swelling, subsiding quickly.

Is it painful?

The area to be treated is usually slightly numbed prior to the procedure and feels more numb afterwards for half an hour or so.  Some stinging during the procedure is normal, depending on the area treated.
