Freckles

Freckles are flat spots, usually brown in colour. The spots are frequently numerous, concentrating on areas such as the nose and cheeks. Most freckled persons typically have a fair complexion.

Freckles tend to become darker with sun exposure and can be treated with laser or broadband light therapy. Paler freckles usually require more aggressive laser treatment than darker ones.
